Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of app0110labs.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them.
1. Site purpose
The Site is a marketing presence for APP0110 Labs, LLC (“APP0110 Labs”). It describes our services and provides a contact form for inquiries. It does not constitute an offer of services or a binding contract. Any engagement between APP0110 Labs and a client is governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form
- Attempt to scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Site beyond ordinary browsing
- Probe, scan, or test the Site for security vulnerabilities without prior written permission
- Submit content via the contact form that infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, or contains malware
3. Intellectual property
All Site content — including text, images, code, design elements, and brand marks (“APP0110 Labs”, the orbit logo mark, our dual-theme visual system) — is owned by APP0110 Labs, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify Site content without permission, except for ordinary browser caching and printing for personal reference.
4. Submissions
Information you submit via the contact form is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not treat unsolicited submissions as confidential unless a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place. Once an NDA is signed, all communications and materials exchanged are confidential per its terms.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APP0110 Labs, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
