Privacy Policy
APP0110 Labs, LLC (“APP0110 Labs”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you submit our intake form, we receive: name, email, company (optional), project type, project description, budget range (optional), and timeline (optional).
- Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we receive the contents of that email.
- Server logs. Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, page accessed, timestamp) collected by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
We do not use cookies, analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site.
How we use your information
Solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. We do not sell, rent, share, or use it for marketing to anyone else.
Who processes your information
- Formspree (formspree.io). Processes our intake form submissions and forwards them to us by email. See their privacy policy at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- GitHub Pages. Hosts this site and collects standard server logs per GitHub’s privacy policy.
We do not share your information with anyone else.
Data retention
We retain intake form submissions and related correspondence for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
If you are a California resident (CCPA) or located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request a copy of it
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Children
This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with a new “last updated” date.
